Running around the world

I love to motivate others and myself. Whenever I'm travelling, whether it is business or pleasure, I always bring my running shoes and a camera. It started as a "joke" but has evolved in to a "must do" whenever I'm travelling.

I have to take a picture of myself - morning running!

Especially when the travelling is for business purposes - it  can be a struggle to run in the morning it often requires a lot of huu haaa (US Marine Corps saying). However now I need to go on a run - see the often strange and beautiful surroundings of hotels, cities and countries, instead of only seeing the inside of a hotel (they look pretty similar).

I can only recommend that you copy this wonderful habit. Even if you don't run (believe me I'm not that fast - jogging is probably a more accurate term) walk, or jog. You will see more, use your body more, and be more energy filled for a long day with meetings, exhibitions, seminars, or whatever reason your business trip has.
